摘要
根据多项式及其运算的矩阵表示、给出多项式整除的充要条件和多项式的根与系数关系的矩阵描述及其证明,并通过具体例子解读所给理论的用法.
Based on polynomial and operation matrix representation, the proofs are given on condition of polynomial divisible, polynomial root and coefficient relation. The usages of the polynomial theory are given by examples.
