摘要
工作压力与工作效率呈现一定的相关性。研究工作压力的产生机制及其影响,对于实现企业的发展目标具有重要的支持作用。国有企业和民营企业管理人员工作压力与工作效率相互作用的对比结果表明,两者之间的工作压力、非工作压力及其原因差异很大。基于此,这两类企业应采取各有特色的绩效激励机制,以大幅度地提高工作效率。
There are some relationships between work stress and work efficiency, It play an important role to accomplish the development aiming of enterprise that researching the generation mechanism and the effect of work stress. The interactive comparison result between work stress and work efficiency of managers on State-owned Enterprises and Private Enterprises indicate that the difference between the two kinds of enterprise on work stress or non-work stress and the generation reason is large. Base on this, these two kinds of enterprise should adopt distinctive achievement excitation mechanism to improve their work efficiency by leaps and bounds.
