摘要
目的分析了人性化护理在产科中的应用和效果。方法了解孕产妇的心理需求及人性化护理模式下指导的相应护理措施,提出目前实施人性化护理中存在的问题及其对策。结果在产科中实行人性化护理,有效地提高了产科护理质量,增加了病员的信任度和满意度。结论认为通过实施人性化护理,护患关系得到较大改善,提高了服务质量和水平,对维护孕产妇健康,促进其康复起到了重要作用。
Objective To analyse the effects and the use of humanization nursing in obstetrics. Methods To understand the psychological needs of pregnant and postpartun women and appropriate care measures under the guidance of humanization nursing care model to put forward the problems and countermeasurethe of implementation of humanization nursing. Results The use of humanization nursing in obstetrics,to has effectively improved the quality of obstetric care and to increase the patient＇s trust and satisfaction. Conclusion We believe that through the implementation of humane care, nurse-patient relations have greatly improved, improved service quality and level of maintenance of maternal health, promote their recovery has played an important role.
