摘要
货运施工索道在我国输电线路工程物料和塔材运输中是比较经济合理的运输方式,工作索中承载索设计计算的精度直接影响索道在使用过程中的安全性以及经济合理性。在充分研究悬链线与抛物线等相关悬索计算理论的基础上,建立了单跨单荷重、单跨多荷重、多跨无荷重以及多跨多荷重4种工况算法。应用数值计算分析软件Mathematica以及C#.NET技术开发了货运施工索道工作索计算软件,实现了参数化设计,提高了设计精度与效率。
Construction cargo cableway is an economical means of construction material and tower material transportation in domestic line constructions.The accuracy of load cable design calculation directly affects the safety and economy of cableway operation.On the basis of suspending cable calculation theories,including catenary,and parabola,algorithms for 4 cases,such as single-span and single-load,single-span and multi-load,multi-span without load,and multi-span with multi-load,are developed.Working cable computation software for construction cargo cableway is developed using numerical analysis software Mathematica and C.NET technologies,resulting in parametric design,and high design accuracy and efficiency.
