摘要
以戊二醛作为改性剂加入到酚醛树脂中,再与其他助剂复合发泡制成酚醛泡沫塑料。研究了戊二醛加入对热固性酚醛树脂分子结构、交联速度和分子质量的影响,讨论了戊二醛加入量对酚醛泡沫压缩强度、弯曲强度、粉化程度和氧指数的影响。结果表明,戊二醛的加入降低了可发性酚醛树脂发泡性能;但另一方面戊二醛加入使得泡沫塑料的韧性和脆性得到改善,其中加入量为15%(相对甲醛质量)时综合性能最佳。
Glutaraldehyde was used as a modifier and mixed with the phenolic resin and other additives to prepare the foam. The effects of amount of glutaraldehyde on thermosetting phenolic resin molecular structure, cross-linking rate and molecular weight was studied, and the effects of amount of glutaraldehyde on compressive strength, bending strength, surface brittleness, heat stability and limited oxygen index were discussed. The results indicated that the addition of glutaraldehyde can improve the brittleness and flexibility of foam, and when 15 percent glutaraldehyde (compared with the amount of formaldehyde) was used, the comprehensive performance was the best.
