摘要
提出了一种电机质量检测和评价方法。该方法在现场条件下能够比较准确地测得电机的5种损耗,运用科学方法分析电机的实时运行质量,并提出判定旧电机质量的新观点,即在相同负载率情况下,比较被测电机与标准电机的效率,若效率下降5%,该电机应列为报废电机。该观点和方法解决了确定抽油机电机报废标准的难题,同时为行业制定相关标准提供参考,也可作为采油厂淘汰旧电机的参考,对于做好电机管理和节能降耗十分重要。
A new method was used to contrast the data of the motors tested both at the worksite and in the electrical machinery plant and propose the worksite testing on the quality of the motors. Five causes of energy loss of the motors could be tested on the spot, and the quality of the motor was analyzed. Finally it reached the evaluation of the motors through calculation. It provided the references for the industry to make relative standards, or consideration for oil unit to eliminate degraded motors which is significant for management and energy saving.
