45钢热处理组织对声双折射影响的研究

Influence of Heat Treatment Structure of 45 Steel on Birefringence

摘要 采用回振法测试45钢的横波声速。实验结果表明,不同热处理的45钢有不同的组织,不同的组织对应不同的声双折射因子。实验研究发现,在自由边界且应力效应小的条件下,钢的晶粒细小且均匀时,声双折射因子小;反之,声双折射因子大。 The transverse wave velocity of the 45 steel was measured by the sing-around method. The result of experiment showed the 45 steel with different heat treatment had different structures and different birefringences. It was found that the fine evengrained steel had little birefringence, otherwise had large birefringence.
