不同品种烟草生长和镉及营养元素吸收对镉胁迫响应的差异 被引量:19

Differences in Plant Growth,Cd and Nutrient Uptake,Cd Translocation Between Two Tobacco Cultivars under Cd Stress

摘要 通过盆栽试验研究了两个品种烟草Xanthi和贵烟11号生长、镉的吸收和运转及营养元素吸收对镉胁迫的反应。结果表明,Xanthi的生长量在3 mg/kg Cd处理时增加,10 mg/kg Cd处理时降低,贵烟11号根及地上部的生长则随土壤镉浓度的提高而降低,表明Xanthi较贵烟11号对镉有更强的忍耐能力。提高土壤镉水平,烟草根和地上部镉含量增加,镉的转运系数下降,下降幅度为Xanthi>贵烟11号。两个品种烟草镉的向上转运速率,Xanthi表现为先上升后下降的过程,贵烟11号则持续上升,表明Xanthi根部阻止镉向地上部运输的能力较贵烟11号强。镉对两个品种烟草N,K,Zn,Mn的吸收有促进作用,对Fe,Mg的吸收有抑制作用,对Xanthi的P吸收有促进作用、Ca吸收有抑制作用,对贵烟11号的P含量影响不明显,却提高贵烟11号的Ca含量。 Pot experiments were carried out to study the response of growth, cadmium uptake and translocation, nutrients uptake of Xanthi and Guiyan 11 to cadmium stress. The experiment design included three treatments: 0, 3 and 10 mg Cd/kg soil. The results showed that the dry weight of Xanthi increased at 3 mg/ kg of soil Cd, while decreased at 10 mg/kg of soil Cd. The dry weight in root and shoot of Guiyan 11 decreased with the increase of soil cadmium level. It was suggested that Xanthi was more tolerant to cadmium toxicity than Guiyan 11. Improving soil cadmium level resulted in an increase in cadmium content in the root and shoot of two cultivars. The transfer index decreased with the increase of soil cadmium. The degree of decrease for Xanthi was higher than that of Guiyan 11. The rate of cadmium translocation from root to shoot in Xanthi increased, then decreased as soil cadmium increased to 10 mg/kg. The rate of cadmium translocation in Guiyan 11 increased with the increasing of soil cadmium. This implied that more cadmium was restricted in the root of Xanthi than Guiyan 11. The results of this experiment also showed that cadmium enhanced the uptake of N, K, Zn and Mn, while inhihited the uptake of Fe and Mg by two tobacco cultivars. Cd promoted the uptake of phosphorus by Xanthi, while had no obvious effect on the uptake of phosphorus by Guiyan 11. Calcium content decreased in Xanthi, while increased in Guiyan 11 when soil was treated with cadmium.
