摘要
发电机护环是建设火力发电厂的关键零部件，由于生产工艺复杂，难度大，一直被列为国家重大攻关项目。作者利用已申请到的发明专利，设计，安装，调试了“外补液液压胀形装置”，成功地解决了生产大型护环水压机吨位不足，废品率高这一难题。从９０年投产以来已生产出不同型号的护环数百件，产品全部合格。生产实践表明这种新型工艺模具简单，成本低，成品率高，易于实现自动化生产和专业化生产，为我国生产大型护环闯出了一条新路。
Turbogenerator's protectivering is an important part in large thermal power plant,It is made of the austenite high alloy constructional steel and it must be strengthened to improve its machanical properties. Hydroforming is an effective new technology. All types of the (0.320) MW turbogenerator's protectiverings are processed successfully by using this method. It is more advantageous than the hydraulic press hydroforming,with simpler mold, lower initial cost and highquality products.Automatic control can be realized easily.
