苦丁茶等10味中草药抑菌作用研究 被引量:17

摘要 本文研究苦丁茶等10味中草药提取物的抑菌作用。本实验以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,测定苦丁茶等10味中草药乙醇提取物的抑菌作用,并通过呼吸代谢抑制实验对其中抑菌效果最好的苦丁茶提取物进行了抑菌机制初探。10味中草药提取物中苦丁茶的抑菌效果最好。苦丁茶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)是6.25mg/mL,对大肠杆菌的MIC是12.5mg/mL。呼吸代谢抑制实验结果显示,当苦丁茶提取物的浓度为6.25mg/mL时,可抑制两种指示菌的苹果酸脱氢酶活性,加药组的金黄色葡萄球菌苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)比活性与对照组相比降低了39.88%;加药组的大肠杆菌MDH比活性与对照组相比降低了32.02%。说明其抑菌机制是通过抑制细菌的呼吸代谢过程等方式实现的。 To investigate the anti-bacterial function of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines: In the study, use Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus as indicator bacterium and measure the antibacterial effect of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. Respiratory metabolism test was used to investigate antibacterial mechanism of Broadleaf holly leaf. The results indicated that the antibacterial function of Broadleaf holly leaf is better than the other nine kinds. The minimum inhibitory comcentration ( MIC ) to Staphylococcus aureus is 6.25mg/mL and Escherichia coil is 12.5mg/ mL. The results of respiratory metabolism test showed that the malic dehydrogenase ( MDH ) activity of indicator bacterium was inhibited by 6.25mg/mL Broadleaf holly leaf. The MDH activity of Staphylococcus aureus was remarkably reduced by 39.88%, compared to the control group, and the MDH activity of Escherichia coil was remarkably reduced by 32.02%, compared to the control group. The mechanism of the inhibition activity may include inhibiting respiratory metabolism.
