摘要
目的了解海洛因依赖和戒断大鼠β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)含量变化,初步探讨海洛因成瘾的神经生物学机制。方法按剂量递增原则,给SD大鼠皮下注射海洛因建立海洛因成瘾大鼠模型,确定成瘾后放射免疫法测定依赖和戒断大鼠血浆、下丘脑内β-EP含量。结果海洛因依赖大鼠血液和下丘脑β-EP含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);海洛因戒断大鼠血液和下丘脑β-EP含量较依赖组升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论海洛因依赖和戒断时大鼠血液及下丘脑β-EP含量发生了改变。
Objective To observate β-endorphin (β-EP) content in heroin dependence and withdrawal rats,and discuss the neurobiology mechanism prehminarily of heroin-addiction.Methods Heroin was injected according to the princicle of daily increasing dose to establish heroin-addiction models of rats, after heroin-addiction model was established, determinating β- EP content of plasma and hypothalamus in heroin dependence and withdrawal rats by RIA (radioimmunoassay).Results β-EP content of blood and hypothalarhus in heroin addiction rat was significantly lower than control group (P〈0.05);β-EP content of blood and hypothalamus in heroin withdrawal rat was higher than dependence group(P〈0.05),it was no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉0.05).Conclusions β-EP content of blood and hypothalamus has changed in heroin dependence and withdrawal rats.
