摘要
研究了由微小潮湿玻璃球(直径为200~220μm)在硅油中加直流电场后形成的电流变体单“链”的力学性质.发现受剪单链的剪切屈服应力与外加电场强度的1.4次幂成正比,剪切屈服应力与组成链的玻璃球的数量(3~5个)无关.在较小的剪应变下,剪应力随剪应变的增加而增加;剪应力达到最大值(屈服点)以后又开始随剪应变的增大而减小.实测单链的剪切屈服应力及剪切模量随电场强度的变化与理论预报吻合良好.
The mechanical property of a single chain formed in silicone oil is studied under dcelectrical field, which consists of small humidited glass spheres (diameter is about 200 220 μm). It is found that the yield shear stress of a single chain is proportional to the 1.4th power of electrical field strength. The yield shear stress is independent of the number (3 5) of the glass spheres forming the chain. The shear stress increases with shear strain at small shear strain, but decreases with shear strain after the shear stress passes its yield point. A good agreement occurs between the yield shear stress and shear modules observed experimentally and those predicted theoretically.
