摘要
为了提高制造压型的生产效率、铸件质量和降低生产成本,对雕铣机制造精密铸造变形铝合金压型新工艺加工参数进行了研究,找出了覆盖率、主轴转速和进给速度等对表面粗糙度和加工效率的影响规律,即对表面粗糙度产生影响的因素主次顺序为:主轴转速、覆盖率和进给速度;对加工效率产生影响的因素主次顺序为:覆盖率、进给速度和主轴转速。并通过正交试验确定出了较优的切削用量,即覆盖率20%、进给速度30mm/min、主轴转速300r/min和吃刀量0.4~1mm。
For improving the efficacy, the casting quality and lowering production costs, the new manufacture process for the deformation aluminum alloy profiling that manufactured on the carves-milling machine were studied. The effect law of coverage rates, chief axis rotation rate and feed speed on surface harshness and experiment process efficiency had been found. The result shown that chief axis rotation rate was the primary effect factor on surface harshness. And the coverage rates were the primary effect factor on experiment process efficiency. The more excellent cutting dosages that coverage rates were 20%, the feed speed is 30 mm/min, the chief axis rotation rate is 300 r/min, the cutting tool amounts were 0.4 - 1 mm, were ascertained with orthogonal test.
