摘要
白芷具有散风除湿、通窍止痛、消肿排脓的作用,临床广泛用于治疗感冒头痛、眉棱骨痛、鼻塞、鼻渊、牙痛、白带、疮疡肿痛等病症。近年来临床广泛用于治疗鼻炎、银屑病、白癜风等。文章从白芷的药效学、药代动力学、安全性评价几个方面,综述了近年来白芷的药理作用研究现状,表明白芷具有解热、解痉、镇痛、平喘、降压、兴奋运动和呼吸中枢、抗菌、抑制脂肪细胞合成、光敏性等方面的药理作用。白芷有较高的药用价值,但其有些药理作用及作用机制还未阐明,临床药理研究也未见报道,值得进一步研究。
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae has the function of eliminating wind and dampness. It also has the effect of relieving stuffy nose, acesodyne, repercussion and detumescence , drainage. In clinical practice, it is applied to treating common cold, nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, toothache, leucorrhea, sores and carbuncles, edema pain etc. In recent years, it is widely used in treating rhinitis, psoriasis, vitiligo etc. The research status of pharmacological effect of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in recent years is summarized in this article, starting from a consideration of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, safety evaluation in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. All of these indicate that Radix Angelicae Dahuricae has pharmacological function of antipyretic action, spasmolysis, relieving asthma, antihypertensive, exciting motion and respiratory center, antibacterial, inhibiting adipocyte synthesis and photosensitivity etc. Radix Angelicae Dahuricae has a very great value of medical function. However, some pharmacological effets and its mechanism have not been totally ascertained. It deserves further study.
