摘要
目的探讨开展人性化护理培训干预与患者满意度之间的关系。方法开展人性化护理相关理论培训、护患沟通能力和技巧训练、营造人性化护理氛围等培训方法,分析护理培训干预前后护理服务效果。结果开展护士人性化护理培训干预后护士综合素质、服务意识、护理质量、患者对护理满意度比干预前明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在护理管理中,重视护士人性化培训护理干预,可提升医院的服务水平与竞争力。
Objective To explore the relation between carrying out training intervention of humanistic nursing and degree of satisfaction in patients. Methods We applied some methods,such as theory training about humanistic nursing,training of communication capability and skills between nurses and patients,and building up a nursing atmosphere, and analyzed the effects of nursing service before and after training intervention of humanistic nursing. Results Comprehensive quality, serving consciousness, and nursing quality of nurses and satisfaction degree of nursing service in patients were increased significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ) after training intervention of humanistic nursing. Conclusion Training intervention of humanistic nursing in nursing management can enhance serving level and competitive strength of hospitals.
