摘要
氟和铝广泛存在于自然界中,都是人体所必需的微量元素之一。以往的研究发现,氟过量或铝过量均会引起不同程度的氟中毒或是铝中毒。在氟铝之间又存在相互作用,氧铝联合中毒是1984年由贵州省六盘水市卫生防疫站发现的一种新的中毒形式。它解释了许多关于“单纯”氟中毒和“单纯”铝中毒的不足之处,同时也为更好的临床诊治提供了理论依据。为进一步做好氟铝联合中毒的研究工作,本文就近20年来国内外众多学者傲的氟铝联合中毒予以综述。
Aluminum and fluoride exist in the natural world widiy, are the necessary trace elements in the human body. The past study found that excessive fluoride or aluminum will cause different degrees of intoxication. The intoxication of aluminum and fluoride is a new form of intoxication discovered by the health and epidemic prevention station of Liupanshui in 1984. It explained a lot of the shortcomings of "simple" fluorine and "simple" aluminum intoxication. At the same time provides a theoretical basis for better clinical diagnosis and treatment. In order to improve the research of aluminum and fluoride poisoning, this article summarized the research that many scholars at home and abroad studyed the aluminum fluoride poisoning over the past 20 years.
