摘要
在履带行走系统的内部摩擦系统和履带-地面行驶动力学分析的基础上,明确了其内部摩擦结构的变化是导致其牵引性能改变的主要原因,并总结出了各内部摩擦环节,以及直驶、转向及最大工作负载3种工况下的结构参数和动力匹配理论.实车测试功率匹配结果与理论计算值误差在10%左右,表明应用该牵引动力匹配算法可合理进行连续采煤机整体设计和动力选型.
A conclusion can be gotten by the analysis of special structure of track system in continuous miners that inner friction of vehicles was major factor to cause tractive performance change. A power match method was proposed for power match between structural parameters and driving system under three different working conditions. On-vehicle measurement was carried out. The results show that the difference between experimental and theoretical values is about 10%. This power match method can be used for integral design and selection of driving motor.
