摘要
在激烈的市场竞争环境下,赊销成为企业主要的竞争手段之一。当前,受国际金融危机的影响,中国企业正面临着前所未有的风险和挑战,加强赊销风险管理成为企业的当务之急。企业应从树立员工的信用管理意识、设立信用部门控制赊销风险、建立动态客户信息资源系统、规范赊销业务流程、完善应收账款管理制度等方面加强赊销风险管理。
Owing to the fierce market competition, credit sale becomes one of the main competitive means of the enterprises. Nowadays, affected by the financial crisis, Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented risks and challenges. It is urgent for the enterprises to improve their management on credit sale. This thesis analyzes on the issues about forming consciousness of total credit management to control the risks of credit sale, setting up dynamic information system of the customers, standardizing the process of credit sale and making perfecting the management of accounts much more perfect.
