摘要
〕目的:分析生长发育期Ⅱ类错牙合患者,戴用Activator结合Headgear矫治器治疗后牙、颌骨的变化。方法:12例患者,男4例,女8例,年龄男10岁~13岁,女9岁~12岁,骨性Ⅱ类关系,戴用Activator结合Headgear8月~10个月,每天不少于14h,采用PancherzⅡ类错牙合矫正分析法及传统项目测量共28项,数据在SAS统计分析软件中进行治疗前后的配对t检验。结果:ANB角减小2.37°、Go-Me增加4.37mm,P<0.01,上切牙唇倾度减小,覆盖、磨牙位置、切牙相对位置的改变均有显著性差异,P<0.01,腭平面角、牙合平面角、下颌平面角、下切牙长轴均未发生显著性改变。结论:上下颌骨的矢状关系得到了协调,下切牙长轴过度唇倾得到控制。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of activator headgear combination(AHGC) appliances on the dentognathic system of growing patients with class Ⅱ division I malocclusion. Method: Twelve patients (male 4, femal 8) aged 10~13 years old were treated with the AHGC appliance for 8~10 month and for more than 14h each day. Cephalograms were taken before and after treatment. Pancherz Class Ⅱ Correction analysis and 28 items of dental and skeletal measnrements were used to analyse the cephalometric changes. Results: ANB angle was reduced by 2.37°( P <0.01). Go Me was increased by 4.37mm( P <0.01). The inclination of upper incisor, overbite and overjet were reduced significatntly( P <0.01). Platal plane, Occlussal plane, mandibular plane and the axial inclination of the lowere incisors remained unchanged after treatment. Conclusion: ANB angle can be reduced and the axial inclination of the lower incisors can be controlled by the application of activator headgear combination(AHGC) appliances in children with class Ⅱ divission 1 malocclusion.
