摘要
建立了该类反铲挖掘机工作装置虚拟样机的ADAMS仿真模型,基于虚拟样机技术和广义简约梯度法以铲斗、斗杆和动臂油缸的工作压力最小为目标,对铲斗机构、斗杆机构、动臂机构的构造点进行了仿真优化设计。仿真结果表明,在规定的约束条件下,工作装置达到了优化设计的目的。
Backhoe work device of the class virtual prototype ADAMS simulation mode has been established. The minimum target which bucket and arm and boom oil cylinder of working pressure based on virtual protoyping technology and generalizded reduced gradient method. Optimized the bucket mechanism , ann mechanism and boom mechanism of the construction point. Under the regulations of constraint conditions ,the simulation results show that it successfully.
