摘要
基于井下随钻测量和大尺寸特制弹性体的特殊性,介绍了溅射薄膜技术在井下扭矩/钻压测量中的应用。通过井下模拟环境适应性试验,证实溅射薄膜型应变计比传统的粘贴应变计具备明显优势。同时提出将镀膜金属膜片焊接到弹性体以实现一体化测量的思想,相比较于整体大尺寸弹性体镀膜,仅对常规膜片操作,充分利用了现有成熟溅射工艺和设备,降低了工艺复杂性和工艺成本,并可推广到更多相似特殊场合。
This paper introduces the application of thin-film sputtering technology in downhole TOR/WOB measurements. Environmental simulation tests are done, verifying great advantages of thin-film strain-gauge over conventional adhesive metal ones. An idea is put forward of integrated measurement, with which a thin-film plate is welded to an elastic body using ultrasound welding. Compared with the whole elastic body sputtering, the method only needs to deal with traditional plate sputtering, which makes full use of current sputtering technology and equipments, reducing the complex process and lowering the cost. Wide spread of the application could be found in other fields.
