摘要
通过对深冲用冷轧带钢采用不同工艺制度的罩式退火,对二种带钢的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:DCO6钢含有微合金Ti、B等元素,提高金属的再结晶温度,其罩式退火温度高于DCO1钢。DCO1、DCO6钢分别在690℃和700℃退火,其回复再结晶效果较好,可获得符合标准的优良的深冲性能。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of deep drawing cold rolled strip were analyzed by batch annealing of various processes. The results show that the annealing temperature of steel DCO6 containing elements of Ti and B is higher than that of steel DCO1 due to its high recrystallization temperature. The steel DCO1 and DCO6 is annealed at 690 ℃ and 700 ℃, its recrystallization effects are better, respectively, and excellent deep drawability can be obtained.
