摘要
通过对以往研究文献的整理,本文主要参考联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)和新西兰政府部门所设计的文化指标,设计了中国各区域的文化资本存量水平的估计指标,其中共包括4个二级指标和12个三级指标。通过采用层次分析法和均值化方法,本文计算得出了2005年中国各省级区域的文化资本存量水平的横截面数据。通过数据分析,本文发现中国各区域的文化资本的区域分布存在着较为显著的不平衡性,其特点可概括为:低水平的普遍性,低水平的严重性,高水平的有限性。运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型进行的回归分析表明文化资本对区域产出具有的8.54%的贡献率,这同时也验证了文化资本对区域经济发展具有正面影响的观点。
This paper confirmed the conception and constitutions of cultural capital. According to the cultural index published by UNESCO and New Zealand government, this paper designed the cultural index of Chinese province regions. By Analytical Hierarchy Process and equalization method, data of cultural capital extant level of Chinese province regions in 2005 were estimated here. Through analyzing Tthe author finds that the distributing of Chinese regional culture capital is imbalance. And the characteristic can be generalized as ＂the universality of low level, the finites of high level＂. The results of regression finds that the cultural capital make 8.54% contribution rate for regional economic development, which validate the cultural capital have a positive significance to the regional economic development.
