摘要
通过对几种净化材料的净化效果进行测定,发现半导体复合光触媒的甲醛去除率最高,并对经过半导体复合光触媒处理过的装饰石膏板的净化效果进行了测定,结果发现,此产品具有很好的净化空气作用,24小时甲醛去除率达到95.20%,甲苯去除率65.30%。因此,将半导体复合光触媒应用在装饰石膏板上是非常有意义的,它使装饰石膏板具有了净化空气的功能,从而可提高产品的附加值,带来更多的经济效益。
By mensurating the air-cleaning effect of air-cleaning meterails, it was shown that semiconductor composite photocatalyst is best and the removal rate of formaldehyde is highest. After the decorative plaster board is coated with semiconductor composite photocatalyst, its air-cleaning effect is mensurated. It was proved that the air-cleaning effect is good. In 24 hours, the removal rate of formaldehyde and toluene is 95.20% and 65.30%. Therefore, it is significative that semiconductor composite photocatalyst is applied to the decorative plaster board. It has good air-cleaning function, which can increase its added value and bring better economic benefit.
