摘要
基于水环真空泵广泛应用于汽轮机的凝汽器真空系统,简单介绍了它的工作原理和基本结构,建立了其数学模型,并以实例给出了水环真空泵运行特性曲线。探讨了工作水温对真空泵的影响,得出不同季节泵的最佳运行工况:冬季大气泵压缩比在2.2,出口压力9.68 kPa,功率130 kW;夏季大气泵压缩比1.4,出口压力14.56 kPa,功率151 kW。
As water-ring pumps are widely used in steam turbine condenser vacuum systems, their working principle and fundamental structure are briefed. The characteristic curves of water-ring vacuum pumps are given with practical examples. The effect of water working temperature on the vacuum pumps was studied with the result of optimum operation conditions at different seasons, pressure ratio 2.2, outlet pressure 9.68 kPa at winter time and pressure ratio 1.4, outlet pressure 14.56 kPa at summer time.
