摘要
不同生长季节的黄连外植体在一系列培养基上诱导产生愈伤组织．经高效液相色谱法测定愈伤组织内小檗碱和药根碱的含量．结果表明，幼叶柄外植体在６７－Ｖ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ２，４－Ｄ上产生的愈伤组织的小檗碱和药根碱含量明显高于对照组．花苔外植体在６７－Ｖ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ２，４－Ｄ上诱导的愈伤组织小檗碱含量高于对照组．
Coptis chinensis explants of different seasons were used for callus inducement in a series of media.The contents of berberine and jatrorrhizine in calli were determined by means of HPLC method.The results indicated that the content of the two alkaloids in calli induced in the medium of 67V plus 05mg/L 2,4D was much higher than the content of young leaf petiole,and the berberine content in calli derived from pedicel in the medium of 67V plus 05mg/L 2,4D was higher than the content of original explant.
