摘要
[目的]了解哮喘病人对疾病的认知水平及吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性现状,探讨病人吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性的影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样方法对某院门诊就诊的204例哮喘病人采用一般资料问卷、哮喘知识问卷、服药依从性量表进行调查研究。[结果]病人相关疾病知识得分60.70分±9.88分,吸入治疗依从性总分为14.69分±3.57分,定期复查、医患关系、病程、经济负担、发病季节对病人的吸入治疗依从性有影响。[结论]病人相关疾病知识呈中上水平,吸入糖皮质激素的依从性水平呈中等水平,主要影响因素是病人定期复查、医患关系、病程、经济负担、发病季节。
Objective： To know about the cognition level of asthma patients toward illness the status quo of compliance of patients toward inhalation of glucocorticoids treatment and its influencing factors. Methods：A total of 204 asthma patients from outpatient clinic of a hospital were selected and investigated by adopting general data questionnaire, asthma knowledge questionnaire, medicinetaking compliance rating scale. Results：Illness related knowledge score of patients was 60.70± 9.88. Total score of inhalation treatment compliance of patients was 14. 69± 3.57. Regular re - examination, doctor - patient relations, the course of illness, economic burden, seasons of the onset of disease had influence on the compliance of inhalation treatment of patients. Conclusion：Illness related knowledge of asthma patients was in middle level or above. The compliance of patients toward glucocorticoids inhalation was in the middle level. The major influencing factors included regular re - examination,doctor - patient relations, the course of illness, economic burden, and seasons of illness onset.
