摘要
全球性的信息化、网络化进程正在改变着人们的生活和工作方式。传统的办公模式已经不能紧随信息的飞速发展．时间和空间越来越成为移动办公的障碍。该文提出的手机办公模式在一定程度上解决了该问题，通过设计和实现手机的短信模块．可以实现移动办公，为电子政务的发展起到了推动作用。
The global trend of the information and network has changed the peoples＇ life and work style. The traditional OA （office automation） model can＇t keep step with the rapid development of the information society. Time and space becomes a main obstacle to the OA. This paper puts forwards a new thought to solve this problem by designing a mobile message module. It can realize mobile OA and may promote the development of the E-government.
