摘要
分别采用X荧光分析和X衍射分析对矿渣化学成分和晶化程度进行测试,并利用SEM对矿渣水泥水化产物进行了观察,研究了矿渣的化学组成及结构对其潜在活性的影响。结果表明:富钙相的CaO、MgO,在碱溶液中具有的较高活性决定了矿渣的潜在活性;通过对水化产物SEM观察显示:经过28 d水化反应,大多数微小的矿渣颗粒在碱激发条件下发生水化反应。而粗大的颗粒表面光滑,未被水化。
Testing the composition and the degree of crystallization using X, ray fluorescence analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, and observing the appearance of hydration products using scanning electron microscope (SEM), researching the effect of the composition and structure of slag on its activity. The result indicated that Ca-rich phase was active under environment of alkali solution. SEM analyses of hydrating samples showed that after hydrating for 28 d, the most of fine slag particles had hydrated, while large ones had not.
