摘要
总结现代临床辨治经验和认识,认为鼻鼽发病与脏腑虚损关系密切。气虚则温煦、防御及固摄作用减退,鼻窍功能失常;肺气亏虚,则鼻失温养,肺不主涕;脾气虚弱则清气不升,鼻窍失养;肾气不足则精气不布、肾阳失温煦,鼻窍功能失常,而成鼻鼽。
There is close relationship Biqiu and weakness of the viscera accoding to modern clinical experiences and knowledges. Qi deficiency causes warm-reinforCing,defense and strengthen decrease,and leads to nasal orifices function abnormal. Lung-Qi deficiency leads to nose lossing warm-nourishing,and discharge nasal. Spleen-Qi weekness leads to Qing-qi cann＇t rising,and nasal orifices abnormal. Kidney-Qi deficiency lead to vital essence can＇t spread,and leads to nasal orifices function abnormal,make for the taking place of Biqiu.
