摘要
在饲料中添加500、800、1700mg/kgMnCl2建立亚慢性锰中毒模型,分别在试验30、60、90d剖杀鸡只取睾丸组织,计算睾丸脏器系数并检测睾丸组织中Na+-K+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase活性,探讨锰对鸡睾丸脏器系数和ATPase活性的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比除60d低剂量组外,其它各染毒组睾丸脏器系数均呈不同程度降低,Na+-K+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase活性下降,并呈一定的时间-剂量效应。锰能够降低睾丸组织ATPase活性,抑制睾丸发育。
To explore the effect of manganese on organ coeffecient and ATPase activity of testis in chicken and study toxicity mechanism of manganese on growth of testis,500,800,1 700 mg/kg MnCl2 were added to the diet to establish the model of the sub-chronic manganese poisoning. After 30,60,90 d,testis were taken out to calculate testicle organ coeffecient and detect the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Mg^2+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase. Compared with control group, testis organ coeffecient degraded except low-dose group of 60 d and the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Mg^2+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase decreased,and there was a time-dosage effect. It is demonstrated that manganese could decrease ATPase activity of testical and restrain development of testis.
