摘要
当今世界,贸易竞争的重点正从货物贸易转向服务贸易,服务外包又是服务贸易的新兴形式。在我国货物贸易强劲增长的背景下,服务贸易保持着增长的态势,但其在我国对外贸易总额中所占的比重较小,而且逆差形势仍然比较严重,因此寻求利用服务外包来发展我国服务贸易的对策,并以此改变不合理的贸易结构势在必行。
Nowadays, the importance of the international trade competition is transferring from trade in goods to trade in services; service outsourcing is a new type of trade in services. Under the circumstances of strong increasing trade in goods, trade in services is increasing as well, but it accounts for little in china＇s total foreign trade proportion, and the state of its deficit is still serious. It＇s very necessary to search for the countermeasures of developing China＇s trade in services by taking advantage of service outsourcing and thus to change unreasonable trade structure.
