摘要 基于黏弹性模型,在环境恒温及周变载荷作用下,对某发动机管状药柱热应力进行了仿真,得到了药柱内应力场分布规律。结果表明:在恒温加载时,发现在距药柱对称轴0.103 7 m处附近应力取得了最大值,导致药柱应力剧烈变化,说明该处附近为固体发动机的热应力危险部位;在温度周变载荷作用下,在离壳体表面0.015 15 m附近出现应力最大值,同时发现药柱材料的微观结构发生错位,而这种错位继续发展就会出现宏观裂纹,最终导致发动机药柱脱粘而失效,从而影响弹道性能等。 Based on a constitutive model of viscoelastic materials, numerical simulation is carried out on the thermal load of some engine tubular charge under the load of constant or week change environment temperature. The stress field distribution rule of the motor grain is obtained. The result shows that the maximal stress causing the motor grain stress to change fiercely appears at the place of 0. 103 7 m away from the pellet axis under constant temperature load, and it is the dangero the solid motor caused by thermal stress. Under the load of thermosphere cycle changes, us area of the maximal thermal stress appears at 0.015 15 m away from the shell surface, and the microscopic motor grain structure has the dislocation simultaneously. With the development of the dislocation, the macroscopic crack takes place which makes the motor grain to be apart and invalid, and the trajectory characteristic is influenced.
