洛伐他汀对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的抗炎机制探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察洛伐他汀对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠的抗炎作用,并探讨可能的作用机制。方法:利用牛II型胶原建立Wistar大鼠CIA模型。结果:洛伐他汀组大鼠踝关节肿胀程度与CIA模型组相比有显著差异,关节炎评分与CIA模型组相比显著降低。洛伐他汀组血清中炎性细胞因子TNF-α的含量、踝关节滑膜组织中RANTES阳性细胞均显著低于CIA模型组。结论:洛伐他汀对CIA大鼠具有抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制踝关节滑膜组织中RANTES的表达有关。 Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanisms of lovastatin in rats with collagen-induced arthritis （CIA）. Methods： CIA was induced by injecting bovine II collagen （BIIC） to Wistar rats. Results： The swelling degree of hind paw and arthritic index in lovastatin group was lower than that in CIA group. Lovastatin also reduced the inflammatory invasion and expression of TNF-α, and inhibited the cells expressing RANTES in CIA rats. Conclusion： Lovastatin has antiinflammatory effect in CIA rats ; its possible mechanism relates to inhibition of the expression of RANTES.
