国产吉西他滨为主治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察国产吉西他滨为主联合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者21例,初治7例,复治14例,采用以国产吉西他滨为主的联合化疗方案治疗,21～28d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效,有效者化疗4个疗程。结果:21例中,CR0例,PR9例,SD10例,PD2例,客观有效率为42.86%。毒副作用主要表现为骨髓抑制和消化道反应,但均可耐受,无化疗相关死亡。结论:以国产吉西他滨为主治疗中晚期非小细胞肺部疗效较好,有生存优势,毒副作用可耐受。
