摘要
以具有不饱和双键的油酸为表面活性剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为活性溶剂制备了稳定的纳米TiO2溶胶,将溶胶自由基引发聚合制成了纳米TiO2粒子/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯均匀分散系结果表明高聚物中存在以TiO2超微粒为核心交联网络结构.用透射电镜观察和紫外-可见光吸收谱测量油酸包覆的纳米TiO2微粒在有机环境中的形貌、分布及尺寸变化当溶胶中TiO2的浓度小于或等于0.032%(mol百分数,下同)时,TiO2的粒径呈一窄的单分布范围为5~30nm.浓度高于0.032%时,粒子长大,粒径分布在两个区:5~30nm和50~180nm.加油酸的溶胶中TiO2颗粒形状呈类球形,未加油酸的溶胶中大部分粒子呈圆球形.
A stable nano-Tio2 colloidal solution was prepared by using oleic acid with unsaturated double bonds and methylmethacrylate(MMA) as a suffoctant and an acetic solvent, respectivelythis dispersion of oleic acid coated nanoparticles of TiO2 within the polymer host (PMMA) was acquired by free-radical polymerization of polymerable oleic acid coated TiO2 colloidal solution. Experimental results show that in the polymer matrix there exists a crosslinked net, in which the nanoparticles are cores. The morphology, distributions and changes of nano-TiO2 particles with the concentration of Tio2 in the colloidal solution were systematically investigated in terms of TEM observations and ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrum measurements. When the concentration of TiO2 in thecolloidal solutions CTiO2- 0.032%(in mol), the particle diameter distribution of TiO2 presents a narrow distribution (the particle diameter distribution range is 5 to 30nm.). When CTiO2> 0.032%(in mol),the particles grow and their diameters are distributed in two size regions f 5~30nm and 50~180nm. In the solution with the oleic acid, the TiO2 particles are quasi-spheric, but in the solution without the oleicacid, the most of TiO2 particles are spheric.
