摘要
将７日龄５６０羽健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为８组，每组７０羽。第１组注射环磷酰胺及多糖Ａ，第２组注射环磷酰胺及多糖Ｂ，第３组注射环磷酰胺及多糖Ｃ，第４组注射多糖Ａ，第５组注射多糖Ｂ，第６组注射多糖Ｃ，第７组注射生理盐水为健康对照组，第８组注射环磷酰胺。分别在试验前（７日龄），试验后４ｄ、８ｄ、１８ｄ、２８ｄ、３８ｄ采血进行白细胞及分类计数。结果表明：环磷酰胺可显著降低血液中白细胞、淋巴细胞数；多糖Ａ、Ｂ及多糖Ｃ均可显著提高血液中白细胞、淋巴细胞数量，提高淋巴细胞百分率，并使因环磷酰胺降低的白细胞及淋巴细胞数量、淋巴细胞百分率恢复至正常水平。
Five hundred and sixty 7-day-old healthy Roman chicken were randomly divided into eight groups and which was 70.The first group was injected with cyclophosphamide(cyclo.)and polysaccharide (polys.)A; the second with cyclo. and polys. B; the third with cyclo. and polys. C, the forth with polys. A; the fifth with polys.B; the sixth with polys.C;the seventh with normal saline solution to be control;the eighth with cyclo.. The blood was collected to make WBC sort and count.It showed that the number of the leukocyte and lymphocyte were decreased significantly by cyclo.. The number of leukocyte and lymphocyte in blood and the percent of lymphocyte were increased significantly by polys. A, B and C. And polys. A, B and C also could make for the number of leukocyte and lymphocyte and the percent of lymphocyte, which were reduced by the cyclo. and made them normal level.
