摘要
利益相关者分析作为一种卫生政策可行性分析常用的方法,已经被广泛应用于我国的卫生政策改革研究和实践中,并取得了一定的成效。文章在介绍利益相关者理论的基础上将该理论引入到医患关系研究中来,首先确定了医患关系中的各主要利益相关者,然后分析了医患关系紧张的原因,并运用利益相关者理论的视角提出了构建和谐医患关系的具体措施。
As a common method to analyze the feasibility of health policies, stakeholder analysis has been widely and successfully applied in the research and practice of health policy reform. And here it is introduced into studying relationship between doctors and patients. Firstly, its stakeholders are defined. Then, causes of tense relationship between doctors and patients are analyzed. Finally, measures of building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients are put forward in view of stakeholder theory.
