摘要
目的探讨综合医院心理门诊处理的方法与原则。方法对北京大学医学部从事心理咨询与治疗25年之久的胡佩诚教授,在北京大学第三医院2006年12月～2008年5月心理门诊治疗的318个病例进行了归纳、整理与分析。结果从一个局部,反映了近年来在综合医院心理咨询门诊求治的人群特征、疾病特点;同时也展现了胡佩诚教授在综合医院心理咨询治疗方法的经验。结论综合医院心理门诊处理的方法有其特殊的规律与原则,需要关注与研究。
Objective To research the methods and principles of the outpatient department for psychological counseling in general hospital.Methods To sum up 318 cases（in December,2006 to May,2008） treated by professor Hu Peicheng who engaged in psychological counseling for 25 years in the 3rd general hospital of Peking University Health Science Center.Results It showed that clients and problems＇ characteristics and professor Hu＇s experiences in the psychological counseling and psychotherapy.Conclusion We must pay attention to the principals and certain rules for the psychological counseling in general hospital.
