摘要
以马铃薯淀粉生产中产生的废渣为主要原料,以黑曲霉、白地霉和热带假丝酵母为发酵菌种,优化了马铃薯薯渣固态发酵生产菌体蛋白饲料的发酵工艺,初步确定了薯渣固态发酵的适宜条件,即采用自然pH值,物料质量比(薯渣:麸皮)为90:10(w/w),发酵温度32℃,发酵时间66h,在此条件下发酵饲料中粗蛋白含量较高。
Using potato residue from potato starch production as main material, the solid-fermentation of bacterial protein feeds by Aspergillus niger 2103, Geotrichum candidum 31348 and Candida tropicalis 1254 was optimized. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of fermentation were as follows: natural pH, the proportion of potato residue to bran was 90:10 (w/w), fermentation temperature 32℃ and fermentation time 66 h. Under above conditions, the crude protein content of feeds was higher.
