摘要
在工程实际中,通常采用振动试验方法验证产品的抗振性能。经历这些试验后产品的剩余寿命如何?是困扰工程界的难题。文中利用模态分析方法,求解出某型电子设备机箱振动响应,再根据应力响应的时间历程,对机箱剩余寿命进行估计。具体过程是:首先利用矩阵迭代法求解模态,再利用模态方程求解其在正弦扫频和随机激励条件下的响应,最后根据线性疲劳累积理论,求出各种条件下的疲劳损伤度。
Method of vibration test is usually used in engineering practice to products. It is a problem to know the residual fatigue life of the products that verify the vibration tolerance of passed the vibration test. In this paper, the stress vibration response of a plugged-in electronic device box was found by modes analysis. According to the stress history , the residual fatigue life of the box was computed. The main steps are as follows. First , solve the normal modes of the system by matrix iteration. Second, solve the elements stress response under the sine wave sweeping and random exciting. Finally compute the fatigue damage of the elements according to Miner's Rule.
