摘要
通过分析许叔微《普济本事方》中使用虫类药的方剂可知,许氏运用虫类药组方治疗疾病范围广,使用多种虫类药物且喜同用数种,多取虫类搜剔活血、化痰、通络之效,配伍他药多取辛热温燥之品,化裁虫类药古方以力求效验,并且开络病证治之先河。
By analyzing the prescriptions with incect drugs in Moxibustion in Prescriptions for Universal, the paper states that Xu Shuwei applied prescriptions with insect drugs to treat diseases in a wide range, Xu used many kinds of insect drugs and preferred various kinds at the same time. Xu applied the function of aeativating blood, resolving stasis and freeing the collateral vessels of insect drugs, used the insect drugs pungent, hot, warm and dry in nature in combination with other drugs. He excavated the great therapeutic effects of the antiquity prescriptions and held the beginning of diagnosing and treating colletral diseases.
