摘要
根据我国新型干法水泥行业的发展趋势、产业政策和水泥行业环境影响评价特点,对水泥行业建设项目环境影响评价中的几个需要重点关注的要点进行充分、全面的分析论证,对水泥行业环境影响评价工作具有一定的参考价值。
Fully carries on the comprehensive analysis and demonstration in some concerned main points of the cement industry construction items environmental impact assessment. Based on the development trend, state policy and characteristic of environmental impact assessment of new dry process cement industry in our country. This paper has offered reference value to cement industry environmental impact assessment.
