摘要
[目的]通过温度调控提高野生蔷薇红景天(Rhodiola roseaL.)种子发芽率。[方法]对野生蔷薇红景天种子进行不同时间4℃低温预处理,采用不同温度梯度进行恒温培养和变温培养,研究不同温度对野生蔷薇红景天种子发芽率的影响。[结果]种子最大发芽率出现在4℃低温预处理35 d,30℃恒温培养条件下,为58.89%;而CK发芽率最低,仅为10.00%。[结论]在红景天种子萌发前采用低温预处理种子,有利于打破种子休眠和促进种子萌发;红景天种子萌发对温度非常敏感,培养温度过高或过低均会抑制野生蔷薇红景天种子萌发;而变温条件更有利于种子萌发。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to increase seed germination rate of wilding Rhodiola rosea L. [ Method ] The germination experiment of wilding Rhodiola rosea L seeds treated with different time at 4 ℃ low temperature. And the seeds required preincubation under the condition of the constant temperature and periodic alternation of temperature. The influence of different temperature on the germination of wilding Rhodiola rosea L. was studied. [ Result ] The highest germination percentage of the seeds appeared after 35 days low temperature treatment at 4 ℃ and it was 58.89% at the constant temperature of 30 ℃. But the lowest germination percentage of the seeds was CK only 10.00%. [Conclusion] The seed dormancy would terminate and the germination probability of the seed was improved by the treatments with low temperature before germinated. The germination of the seed of wilding Rhodiola rosea L. was highly sensitive to temperature. The germination of the seed of wilding Rhodiola rosea L. was inhibited under high temperature or low temperature and periodic ahemation of temperature was propitious to the germination of the seed.
