摘要
以带式输送机承载托辊和空载托辊数量为变量,托辊主要阻力为目标函数,分析托辊数量的影响因素,确定约束条件,建立优化设计的数学模型,用MATLAB编写出优化程序,运行程序,得出优化参数,并用实例加以比较和验证。
Taking the quantities of conveyor' s rollers and no - conveyor' s rollers as variable and the main resistence as objective function, could analyse the factors that influencing the rollers quantity and identify the terms of restriction, so as to establish the mathematics model of opticized design and compile the optimized procedure with MATLAB, then obtaining the optimized parameter by operating the procedure. That should be confirmed by an example.
