摘要
从病死的越南斗鸡脑组织中分离到l株病毒,能凝集鸡的红细胞,而且这种凝集能被新城疫阳性血清特异性抑制。通过对分离株进行RT—PCR检测、动物致病性试验、MDT与ICPI值测定,证实为中等偏强毒力新城疫病毒。动物感染试验表明,20日龄非免疫鸡感染分离毒后24~120h可用RT—PCR方法从喉头和泄殖腔检出新城疫病毒。
A strain of virus was isolated from the brain of a dead fighting - cock. It was determined to be Newcastle disease virus (NDV) by HI, RT - PCR and negative - contrast electron microscopy. The pathogenicity test values were as follows : Mean death time(MDT) in healthy embryo was 58.6h, and Intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) in a- day- old chicks was 1.30. Healthy chickens of 3 weeks old was infected after 96h by inocμlating each with 0. 1ml of 1:10 dilution in sterile saline of fresh aUantoic fluid by nose/eyed dropping. The results of animal infection indicated that NDV can be tested after 24h in 20 days old chickens by RT - PCR from the throat and anus.
