摘要
分析随机因素造成的实际路网行程时间波动对军用物资运输的危害,讨论分散运输对运输风险的影响。以运量风险积最小为优化目标,建立基于运输风险的无差别交通流分配模型和考虑运输任务差别的交通流分配模型。在用二次加权平均算法求解模型时,首先基于路段风险系数求得了较优良的初始解,加快迭代过程中解的收敛速度。对测试网络的计算结果表明,该模型能较好反映战时运输网络交通流分配的特点。
This paper analyzes practical travel time fluctuation of road network caused by random factors and the harm it creates, and discusses the impact of decentralized transportation on transportation risk. In order to make the minimal accumulation of traffic risks as the optimized goal, establish common traffic distribution model based on transportation risks and the model referred to different transport tasks. When solving the model by quadric weighted average algorithm, first get better initial solution through coefficient of section risks to accelerate convergence during iterative process. The results show that the model can better reflect the characteristics of traffic assignment of transportation network in wartime.
