摘要
阐述了飞机长期封存的基本原理,研究了军用飞机长期封存过程中预防金属材料腐蚀、抑制非金属材料老化的具体方法;采用多层复合薄膜作为阻隔材料,根据飞机结构外形,设计了模块化软质密闭封套。针对飞机材料品种繁多的特点,封套内部集成防霉、防锈、静态去湿、除氧等多种手段,制造适宜飞机整机长期封存的"人工小气候"。批量封存5年的飞机与封存前相比性能没有下降,实现了军用飞机长期封存的目标。该技术也可用于其它大型装备的长期封存。
The fundamentals of long-term conservation of battleplans were introduced. The methods of anticorrosion of metals and mitigation of the weathering of nonmetallic materials for long-term conservation of battleplans were studied. Multi-layer compound films were used as the obstructor and modularized soft sealed wrappers were designed based on the structural shapes of battleplans. Due to the fact that various materials were used in battleplans, the interior of the wrappers were integrated with functions of anti mould, anticorrosion, static dehumidification and deoxygenization to create an "artificial microclimate". It was proved that the battleplans which have been mass conserved for 5 yea'rs do not undergo any performance deterioration and the long-term conservation of battleplans can be achieved. The technology can also be applied to the long-term conservation of large equipment other than battleplans.
