HuaZ低渗透油田保护储层钻井液技术的研究与应用

摘要 分析了HuaZ油田低渗透储层的损害因素,研究出一种满足HuaZ油田储层保护要求的新型超低渗透聚合醇钻井液。室内试验和现场应用表明,该钻井液具有良好的降滤失、防塌、保护储层等功能。该钻井液在HuaZ油田成功应用了21口井,它们均施工顺利,电测一次成功率由原来的40%上升至90%,平均钻井周期比对比井缩短10多天,油层井径扩大率均小于6%,钻井液密度从1.20 g/cm3降至1.18 g/cm3;加入超低渗透剂前后钻井液性能稳定,滤失量平均下降10%,有效地阻缓、降低了滤液对储层的伤害;同区块平均单井产量比使用该钻井液前的油井产量增加近10%,取得了良好的钻探效果。 An ultra-low filtration rate drilling fluid was developed for reservoir protection in the Block Huaz.Laboratory studies and field practices on 21 wells demonstrated that this fluid had good filtration and inhibition property,and the reservoir permeability impairment was minimized.Electric logging was done with higher rate of success,compared with wells drilled locally.Average drilling time of these wells was 10 days less than that of the offset well.A more gauged hole was obtained in the reservoir section.Statistics of the productivity of these wells showed that almost 10% increase in oil production was obtained.
