摘要
总结53例重症胰腺炎患者术后行原位改良闭式高流量腹腔冲洗的护理。原位闭式腹腔冲洗管制作方便;能维持有效的虹吸作用,保持快速腹腔冲洗速度;提高引流效果,防止并发症。
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 53 patients with infected necrotizing pancreatitis who underwent in situ high-volume continuous closed lavage. The following were some good qualities of the lavage： modified manufacture of the in situ closed lavage tubes; to keep the irrigation fluid flowing out quickly from the drainage catheters through effective siphon action and negative pressure. The modified lavage had a good drainage effect and the complications decreased.
